How do you even imagine that would work? And now, of course, people start crying that their computers got infected with malware. The trailer to "Equestria Girls" (the humanized MLP spinoff film) finally was released today. Aaaannnd everyone's freaking out. Again.
You know, it actually looks pretty decent. Bronies... please understand: I know you're a major unexpected demographic for the show. I know you enjoy seeing shout-out's become canon within the show, and appreciate how the creators do little things here and there for you. But... the show isn't made for you. This is not Cartoon Network and the target demographic isn't 25 year olds in college. You're a nice addition to the target demographic of little girls, but you are not the driving force behind MLP.
I don't want this to sound mean, but it needs to be said. This is where it becomes very important to understand the fine line between being a fan of the show and thinking that because you've invested so much energy into the show that you're entitled to things.

I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

Ah so sorry! I had almost completely forgotten about DA in the past couple weeks, my bad!

To all those that watched me recently, thanks. Sorry I couldn't get back to you all personaly but im really lazy and trying to get my butt back into gear. OT at my last job was really nasty there for a bit.

And ill be moving soon so that's a whole other set of issues to resolve and nail down.
Buuuuut I did have a fun time at Kumoricon just the other week! Had a blast in the dealers room, sold some junk (wasn't planning on it cause it was last minute sorta) and made some new friends.

Sorry if you missed it, it was a pretty nice set up, but we needed more fans, that whole dealers room was pretty dead in regards to air movement. But fun nontheless.
I sold Metroid stickers! Next time, Buttons! lol

K, so, ill see what I can do about getting more stuff up, cause I did do some good art over the con but I need to figure out where my scanner went or if I can use my roomates/landlords one.

Meantime, Laptop is sweet! Just needs more pewpewpew.
